John is also the founder and Managing Director of NSI Technology, as well as Director General of the British Irish Chamber of Commerce and Executive Director of the Family Business Network Ireland.

He is a retired financial services professional having completed a 40 year career with the Royal Bank of Scotland / Ulster Bank Group in Ireland. His career has spanned substantial initiatives in the enterprise and corporate sectors, both indigenous and foreign direct investment.

Aileen joined kmend in October 2020 as COO. With experience in start-ups and SMEs, she will be responsible for the strategy, growth and operations of kmend.

Aileen previously worked for tech start-up &Open, where she was a member of their Leadership team and played a key role in their early success, including achieving 5th place in the 2019 Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Awards.

Aileen is a Chartered Accountant having gained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin and a Masters of Accounting from UCD’s Smurfit Business School. She was nominated for the 2019 Women in Finance awards, in the ‘Finance Team (Led by a Woman)’ category.

David joined kmend in September 2020 as Director, London. In this position, David drives new company acquisition across all sectors as well as the development of kmend’s relationships and engagement with business group and communities across all regions of Ireland and the UK.

He is an advisor to several companies across the UK and Ireland in sectors such as cyber security, education and IT and a non executive director on several boards.

David is the founder and managing director of Wimbledon Park Capital, a leading corporate finance advisory firm in London, where he advises clients on a wide range of corporate finance matters including debt finance, equity investment, and M&A.

Niamh joined the kmend team in august 2020. Niamh is responsible for a variety of events, developing and growing relationships, and maintains kmend’s social media presence across all digital channels.

Niamh is a graduate of the Institute of Technology, Tallaght with a BA (Hons) in Advertising and Marketing Communications. Having previously worked on large scale award ceremonies, she brings with her wealth of experience in events and digital marketing.

Robyn joined the kmend team in September 2020. Robyn is responsible for developing relationships and helps maintain kmend’s social media presence across all digital channels.

Robyn is a recent graduate from Dublin Business School with a BA (Hons) In Marketing, who specialises in digital marketing and has experience with website design and sales.

She has a passion for technology and getting tasks done quickly and efficiently. Robyn has had great experience as a recent graduate, having gained it from helping with the rebranding of companies and launching startups.

Lucy joined the kmend team in June 2020. Lucy is responsible for developing and growing relationships, as well as driving membership engagement on kmend.

Lucy is an ambitious Final Year Business and Management Student in Technological University Dublin, specialising in Global Strategic Management and Marketing Communications.

As an Undergraduate Student, Lucy brings enthusiasm and keeps abreast of latest learning insights.

Georgia joined the kmend team in August 2020 and is involved in the activation and engagement of members on the kmend platform.

Georgia is currently in her third year of a BE in Chemical & Bioprocess Engineering in University College Dublin. She has previous Experience working with networking organisations, managing their member relationship databases and maintaining their websites.

Georgia has a methodical, customer focused approach and utilises the professional and technical skills developed through her past work experience to help co-ordinate and drive the kmend platform.
